Delivery, Returns & Refunds
There are a few things you may like to know about your orders delivery, refunds, exchanges and postage.
All No Needles Needed items and Pre Made Accessories have free UK postage. This is because I know what it's like when you're browsing, find something you like and then have added costs put on at the checkout. So every price you see, is what you get.
Chunky Knit Items - Your item can take 2-4 weeks to arrive (can be 3-5 weeks for NNN blend products) with you but you will be notified when it has been posted to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to get to you after dispatch. If you have still not received your item after this time, please contact us so we can track it down for you. All items are posted with Signed For. Once the item has been signed for at the address you gave for shipping, it is out of our hands. So please make sure you are the one signing for your parcel. There is a surname given for each signing so we can see when it has been delivered to you or someone at your address. Royal Mail will not let someone sign for your parcel unless they are at your address.
Pre Made Accessories - Your item will be wrapped for you and dispatched within 2-5 working days after the order has gone through. Please note it may take up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive. All items are posted with Signed For. Once the item has been signed for at the address you gave for shipping, it is out of our hands. So please make sure you are the one signing for your parcel.
Chunky Knit Items - Due to each item being personalised by colour, I'm afraid we do not offer exchanges if you have changed your mind about your item as the wool is always bought in especially for your item. If you have placed an order, with the wrong colour, please get in touch within 24 hours so I can change this for you via Instagram or email@example.com
Pre Made Accessories - I'm afraid we do not offer an exchange policy however you may return your item and purchase a new one.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Chunky Knit Items - I'm afraid we do not offer refunds due to each item being personalised by colour. If you have any problems with your order though when it arrives please don't hesitate to contact us. If you have placed an order, with the wrong colour, please get in touch within 24 hours so I can change this for you via Instagram or firstname.lastname@example.org
Pre Made Accessories - You may return your item to us for a refund. Please email us at email@example.com letting us know what you wish to return and why within 7 days of delivery. We will then send you a shipping address to return your item to. Please note, we do not cover to cost of postage back to us in your refund, you will need to pay for this. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for service so you know we have received your item. Please give us 14 days to get your refund to you. It will be refunded in the method you paid for the item with.
